Close on the heels of announcing the flagship Huawei Honor V8 smartphone, Huawei is allegedly gearing up to unleash another phablet which is being hailed as the most beautiful handset from the company.

Huawei Honor 8

According to the leaked information reported by gizok the Honor 8 will feature a 5.2-inch display and incorporates Huawei’s Kirin 950 or Kirin 955 chipset. The phone will run on Android Marshmallow 6.0.1, will sport 4GB of RAM and will have a 12MP dual camera at the back. It will also sport a USB Type-C port, wireless charging and will have a 3000mAh of battery. The back of the phone will be covered by a 2.5D curved glass and possibly a metal frame for protection.

Like its predecessor Huawei Honor 7, the latest iteration of the smartphone will sport a 5.2-inch display. Taking a cue from the latest Honor V8, the upcoming smartphone will house a dual-system 12-megapixel camera.

If Huawei sticks to the release cycle it maintained for the predecessor Honor 7, i.e. June, the Huawei Honor 8 could make its debut this month itself.
