According to a report published today, some of those who own the Huawei Honor 7, will soon be part of a beta test for the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update. The final version of the update is expected to start getting pushed out in February. Phones receiving it will include the Honor 7, along with the Huawei Honor 4C, Huawei Honor 4X, Huawei Honor 6 and Huawei Honor 6 Plus.

In addition, it is noted that the Honor model can upgrade the Android 6.0 also have Huawei Honor 7i and  Huawei Honor X2.

While the update plans for the Honor brand have apparently been revealed, there hasn't been any information about when we might see phones from the main Huawei brand receive Marshmallow, but before they have been given the model, include: Huawei P8, Huawei Mate 7, Huawei Mate S, Huawei P8 Lite, Huawei P8 Max, Huawei G7 Plus and Huawei G7.

Huawei and Google partnership created the Huawei Nexus 6P, but compared to other mobile phone manufacturers, Huawei is the first to get the Android 6.0 system.

Huawei is expected to hold an event on November 5th. We could see the company unveil its new high-end chipset, the Kirin 950. At the same time, we might also see the introduction of the first handset to employ the chip, the Huawei Mate 8, it may adopt Android 6.0 system.
