According to rumors, the Huawei Mate8 will arrive in three versions. A new photo of a handset alleged to be the Mate 8 recently surfaced, which featured a design that is quite similar to the Huawei Mate S.

The new picture (below) reveals a round spot which is fingerprint scanner, although there is no confirmation that the phone is truly the Mate 8. Only the back of the phone was shown, presenting a thin metallic design. The device also had a round rear camera, dual-LED flash, similar to the Huawei P8.

The Huawei Mate 8 is expected to be a powerful device, featuring a QHD display, a 16-megapixel rear shooter, the new Kirin 950 chipset, 3GB of 4GB of RAM and a maximum internal storage capacity of 128GB. The smaller models might feature a 1080p display and less internal storage. All three versions are expected to run on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.

The Huawei Mate 8 is expected to release on Nov. 26, 2015. Huawei has yet to make an official confirmation. More about Mate 8 and Huawei P9 updates and details on the specifications and variants are expected soon.
