The listing does not highlight any specs of the Huawei Mate 8, but it suggests that all three versions of the smartphone will support fast charging at 5V 2A and also at 9V 2A, which takes the maximum effective wattage up to 18W. As the phone supports 9V 2A fast charging, it is likely that the handset will pack in a 4,000mAh, in short, a big battery size.

The Huawei Mate 8, with model number NXT-AL10. comes with a 6-inch 1080p (1920 x 1080) screen and packs 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage capacity. The device is powered by the impressive HiSilicon Kirin 950 64-bit octa-core SoC running at 2.2GHz. It has a 16-megapixel shooter at the rear and an 8-megapixel camera installed at the front. The Mate 8 will be running on the pre-installed Android Marshmallow.

Following the success of the Huawei P8, Huawei Mate S, Huawei promises that the Mate 8 and Huawei P9 will continue the company's trend of producing high-quality, high-end devices. The company has already overtaken rival Xiaomi as the largest smartphone vendor in the Chinese market, Forbes reported.
