The new Huawei Mate 9 is rumoured to come out in November 2016 with impressive specs. The phone is set to come with dual-lens 20Mp camera, full-HD display, dual-SIM, an Octa-core processor, 4-6GB of RAM and a minimum of 64GB storage space.

It was initially rumoured to see the Huawei Mate 9 in December 2016, but it seems that the Chinese site Weibo has a rumoured November 2016 release. There is no further confirmation on the exact date, just an approximate time frame.

The price is rumoured to be around €699 which converts to around £620. This price does seem a little steep, given that a similar spec'ed Huawei Honor 8.

The new Huawei Mate 9 is rumoured to come in two variants, a lower-spec non-curved display, and a higher-end curved phone which could be limited to the Chinese market only.

Looking at the specs above, it's clear that Huawei aren't holding back on any functionalities or specs. The phone has the top of the range specs and alongside a fingerprint scanner (which is also expected), we suspect the Mate 9 will be a very powerful smartphone.

It is rumoured that the Huawei Mate S2 phone will come in with 64/128GB storage space that will be coupled with 4GB RAM, and there will be a larger 256GB storage option that will have a massive 6GB of RAM.
