Huawei, the Chinese tech giant, is in high pace to go to the top spot in the list of biggest smartphone manufacturers in the world. The Huawei Mate 9 flagship might help the company move to the position what it is expecting to grab.

Huawei Mate 9

The Huawei Mate 9 is actually expected to be fueled by the aforementioned Kirin 960 64-bit octa-core processor, which is expected to land on October 19th. Now, according to a new leak, the Huawei Mate 9 will sport a dual camera setup on the back, similar to the setup we’ve seen on the Huawei P9 devices. One camera is said to pack in a 20-megapixel sensor, while the other one will sport a 12-megapixel sensor, both of which will have Leica’s lenses on top of them.

The source also says that the Mate 9 will feature an 8-megapixel shooter on its front side, just in case you were wondering. The Mate 9 will ship with the so-called ‘Super Charge Technology’, if this rumor is legit, which will be able to get this phone from 0%-50% in only 5 minutes, which seems Huawei Honor 8, but this rumor is kinda sketchy altogether, so take it with a grain of salt. Now, in addition to all this, the Mate 9 is expected to ship with a 5.9-inch fullHD display (at least according to the new info), even though earlier rumors claimed we can expect to see a 5.7-inch panel on this phablet.

As per the reports, the Huawei Mate 9 has different price tags for different variants as mentioned earlier. Huawei Mate 9 with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB internal storage is expected to cost USD 480. 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of native storage is expcetd to cost USD 585 and higher variant of 6 GB RAM and 256 GB internal storage will be for USD 705. Huawei has not announced any official statement on Huawei Mate 9 and Huawei Mate S2 flagship .
