Huawei P10 has long been in news, and today some new details about the smartphone have surfaced online. The leaked renders gives away some significant information about the new smartphone. It shows the front panel of the smartphone up close, revealing the Home key and the fingerprint sensor. If we compare this to the Huawei Mate 9, that features the fingerprint scanner on the back panel.

A listing on GFXBench has revealed a few more details about the forthcoming flagship. Inside we should expect a Kirin 960 processor built around ARM's new Cortex-A73 core design - this is the same engine room that found its way into the Huawei Mate 9. The 2.3GHz CPU and Mali-G71 GPU will be accompanied by 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage as default.

As for the remaining specifications, the Huawei P10 could feature a 5.5-inch Quad HD (1440×2560 pixels) display. On the software front, the Huawei P10 is expected to run on Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box.

Additionally, a Huawei P10 Plus smartphone has recently been tipped as well. The Huawei P10 Plus is going to be successor to the Huawei P9 Plus smartphone. A leaked image revealed the smartphone with a dual-camera with Leica branding same as the P9. The image also revealed that the fingerprint scanner placed at the back, right below the camera module. Right now there’s no information on how the Plus variant will be different from the Huawei P9.
