If you’re bored of the same old monotone/metallic smartphone color choices, Chinese mobile maker Huawei has been thinking a little differently for its just announced Huawei P10 and Huawei P10 Plus flagship handsets — and is offering a spectrum of shades, including a striking deep blue option and a pale green.

Huawei P10

Like the Huawei P9, the new P10 comes in two sizes: a 5.1-inch device with a 1080p display and a 5.5-incher, called the P10 Plus, with WQHD resolution. Huawei’s own Kirin 960 processor lies at the heart of both, powering its EMUI 5.1 software built atop Google’s Android, however the larger model gets 6GB of RAM plus 128GB of storage versus 4GB of memory and 64GB of storage on the regular P10. Both phones have MicroSD expandability and generous batteries: 3,200mAh for the P10 and 3,750mAh for the P10 Plus.

The P10 will be available in a wide range of colour options, including blue, green, black, gold, rose gold, white ‘ceramic’ and silver, though not all of them will be available in the UK.

Overall in our first impressions the new P10 looks shiny, well built and has a promise to be one of the most cosmopolitan phone to come out in 2017. The device is expected to arrive in India by May 2017. And when it comes Green is the colour to buy in it for sure.
