Chinese electronics company Huawei is now the world’s third-biggest mobile phone manufacturer – though it’s still a brand many people don’t know well. Its latest releases, the Huawei P10 and Huawei P10 Plus, build on last year’s Huawei P9 by lavishing improvements all round and adding a notable extra focus on colour. The silver P10 is already in stock and ready to be shipped to you by online retailer GizOK.

The news isn't as good if you want to buy another color version of the device, since for now only silver is out. The black P10 will be available on March 20 alongside the Prestige Gold model, while the Dazzling Blue variant will only arrive on April 18.

The phone is, as to be expected from Huawei now, blazingly fast too. The Kirin 960 (Huawei's own chip) is hands down the fastest processor in the market, topping Qualcomm's Snapdragon and Samsung's own Exynos. The P10 scored a 1,934 and 6,154 in single- and multi-core tests on Geekbench, which beats even the Huawei Mate 9. As a comparison, the LG G6 (running on Snapdragon 821) only scored a 1731/4130. I doubt the Snapdragon 835 on Samsung's Galaxy S8 will improve processing power to a point that it can beat the Kirin chip. The P10 should remain the fastest Android phone on the market this year until the Huawei Mate 10 comes out later this year.
