  • I bought a Huawei Ascend G6 in Gunma Japan two days ago unwantedly. It was the communication barrier with the salesperson. I was asking for SIM Card to connect
    to Wifi and at the end the salesperson gave me a card bearing the phone's name.
    The cashier scanned it and I had no choice but to pay for it.
    
    So, im still stucked with no SIM Card and I have the phone with me. The problem is
    the phone setting for languages only in Japan languages. No option for English.
    
    I am not well versed in Japan language. So what to do or how to maybe format or do anything to change to English???

  • Hi,
    I have a Ascend G6-U10. The Play Store upgrade until version 4.9.13.
    After that it don't update. When I press "Compilation Version" in Play Store Definitions it says Play Store is updated.
    All my other Android devices wich include my daughters Ascend Y330 update to Play Store version 5.0.31 and then to version 5.0.38.
    Do you have any solution to this?

    Unfortunately it was to late. The Huawei Portuguese support, asked me to go to the apps manager and in the play store app, to unninstall all the updates.
    Now, instead of Play Store 4.9.13 I have 4.8.20, the one that came with the smartphone!
    Can you help me to sort this out, at least to 4.9.13?
