- HI i have bought honour 5x kiw-al-10 from gizok.com and i am in japan .I use a docomo( ocn mobile one sim card) and it worked for about 3 weeks at lte 4g with no problem. But it stopped working and now dont want to connect to 4g anymore . it dies not connect to any signal anymore but if i use the sim card in another phone the sim card works just fine.I hope you can help me.I would like to be able to connect to 4g again :). Thank you for your support.
