  • For some strange reason I can no longer connect my phone using a USB cable and use files on the device through Windows 7 file explorer. I can see some of the folders and some of the files, but not all of them. It will not allow me to copy and paste new files into the device or copy files from out of the device.
    
    I used to be able to do this quite easily like a USB drive a few months ago, but not any longer.
    
    MTP is enabled. "Files" is chosen by me from the pull down menu when I connect the USB cable. Developer options are enabled.
    
    The same issue on three different windows computers.
    
    Do you have ideas why this may be? Something with the latest update?

I'm in Australia and want to use it on Telstra, do you see any issues? Finally, I've heard there are issues getting google play services installed on the Chinese version, do you pre-install this for us or do we have to do it ourselves? If so, are you certain that everything will work?

    I have a mate 8 128 GB from you. You installed for me the google-play too. Thank again for that.
    
    My questions :
    1. what is the HiApp application? What can be done with it?
    2. I guess it is some semilar huawei application for google play. If I will use it, will it "erase" the google.play application you installed for me?
    
    and
    
    3. Another question related to OS updating via OTA. How can I know when the version availibe is a stable one? (I asked you few weeks ago if I should update OS and you advised me to not do it because the OS version in OTA is unstanle).
    
    I am in Europe.

    Updating - should I do it?
    
    I got the mate 8 4GB-128Gb from you and it is in one word PERFECT. You have kindly istalled for me the Google Play. Now, the updater prompt me that a new version "NXT-AL10C00B156" is availible (my current version is NXT-AL10C00B1295P02).
    
    Question 1: is it recommended to upgrade? (usually yes)
    Question 2: does this upgrade erase the installed Google Play app?
    
    For how re-installing the Google Play, if/when erased, you have already answered me the question....reminding me how is not bad too :-)

    " I ordered a product from you (Mate 8-128 GB + 4 GB..., order placed on February 4, 2016 1:03:09 AM PST). It is also payed (the product + Express shipping 3-5 days, visa payed via PayBal and since the price is already went from my bank ). I have an order number too.
