    the latest firmware from HUAWEI website and then install it and notice that its voice call capabilities were removed and no dial icon exist please help me

  • Hi, I use to make phone calls on my Huawei MediaPad 10 Link using my sim card. I had some difficulties browsing and so i decided to reset the machine to factory settings. When it finally came back on, i was unable to see the called icon and so i can no longer make calls using my sim card. What can i do to restore my caller option?

  • hi there guys ....im proud of ur products and use them big time .....recently i got a p1 as out of date as it is people still envy my fone and always wish to batter trade with me , and i love it too, and that what led me to buy the huawei mediapad 10 link . the reseller told me all i had to do was download a dial pad and i would be able to make calls . how ever i have tried to download various dialing pads and i can not even make calls . i can only save contants and thats stressing me out . please tell mme what to do or give me a site from wchich to download the callling function from as going back to the reseller isnt an option since i bought it in a different city from where i reside. please hepl me.

    Settings ==> Security ==> Set up SIM card PIN code, it can be closed, you can also consult the seller PIN code,

  • Hello everyone, I have the same problem here. I used my Huawei MediaPad 10 to call before. I reset the phone to factory settings to my suprise it the dial pad disappeared. I have been reading the answers from "Huawei Mobile" from similar questions but are not helpful. They say too many different things. Please be clear on how to get the dial pad back?

  • Hello my media 10 link is no longer charging like the way it was charging now it is too slowly to I charge 12 hours sometimes 24 hours but it doesn't reach 100% full it only reaches 70% and sometimes while charging it drops the percentage and I can't use it anymore while on charge coz the percentage drops quickly please help I love my media 10 link I don't want to loose it just like that

  • I am receiving emails regulary with attachments . I will open them but not save them all.
    The ones I didn't save will still appears at FILES. I will delete them afterwards. But after a couple of days they all reappear even documents I have deleted months ago.
    
    How can I stop this of happening? I want only the documents I have saved at FILES.
